| 摘 要： | “以人为本”既是时代发展和中国社会发展的迫切需要,又是人的全面发展的必然要求,坚持人本理念是思想政治教育的本质要求。在实际工作中,要把握高校思想政治工作人本理念的科学意义,正视目前高校思想政治工作中存在的问题,把以人为本摆在核心地位,善于创造一个以人为本的环境,善于将以人为本的人本理念渗透到高校思想政治工作的各个方面、各个环节中去。

| Abstract: | "The care of human needs proposition " is both needed by the development of society and the development of times as well as human being themselves.The emphasis of human needs care is the core requirement of the ideological and political work.In practical work,the scientific meaning of caring human needs should be recognized in the process of mentality work in college,as well as the existed problems,and the care of human being proposition should be the main part,the environment in which the needs of human being are emphasized,the penetration of " the care of human needs proposition" in all parts of mentality work should be emphasized in college. |
