| 摘 要： | 电子出版物给图书馆工作带来巨大影响，本文基于对电子出版物基本概念的阐述，及与传统出版物的比较分析，就电子出版物在图书馆总的位置提出了自己的看法，并对如何有效使用电子出版物提出了一些建议。
