| Abstract: | This article analyzes the difference and gap in library human resource management between China and abroad,and presents some contradictions in the Chinese library human resources management.The author suggests that the Chinese libraries should allow jointing and sharing approaches in human resource management to make new reform and innovation,and puts forward a series of concrete measures. |
