| 摘 要： | 为适应中国—东盟自由贸易区的建立及广西北部湾经济区的建设需要,文章从广西经济管理类硕士研究生培养的实际出发,从广西目前存在的基本情况和目前采用的模式方面介绍了广西经管类硕士研究生培养的现状。并着重分析了目前在硕士生培养目标、知识结构、导师指导、学术论文质量、培养条件等方面存在的困境,总结出了广西经管类硕士研究生培养中存在问题的原因在于：沿袭了历史学术型培养模式、双导师制不健全、教育基础设施缺乏、评价体系不完善等。

| Abstract: | To meet the need of establishment of China-ASEAN Free Trade Area and the construction of south northern Bay Economic Zone in Guangxi,this article introduces the graduate cultivation situation of economic management in Guangxi from the cultivation fact,the present situation and model.Meanwhile,this article analyzes the question existing in cultivation objective,knowledge structure,instructor guidance,academic thesis quality,cultivation condition and so on,and sums up the reason of these problems：historical academic cultivation mode,unsound double tutors,lack of education infrastructure,imperfect evaluation system,etc. |
