| 摘 要： | 从 2 0世纪 90年代初期开始 ,企业资源计划在国外逐渐兴起 ,并迅速在我国许多大型企业中得到积极的运用 ,但ERP(EnterpriseResourcePlanning)的极高失败率使我们不得不认真研究其深层次原因。本文首次就基于供需链的ERP实施模式进行了研究 ,使企业能从一个比较高的角度进行ERP信息集成 ,最大限度的发挥ERP的作用。在该模式下实施ERP有利于提高实施的成功率 ,进而有助于ERP在我国的迅速推广及应用

| Abstract: | ERP appered in the early days of 1990,and applied quickly in many big companies of China,however,most of the application are failed.This paper initially studied the ERP application mode in the supply chain.Based on this mode,the enterprises can improve their possibility of success on ERP application and will be helpful to its application in China. |
