| 摘 要： | 一个社会,它的自然权利义务向道德和法定权利义务转变越多,该社会未被法和道德承认却应该被它们承认的自然权利义务就越少,该社会的道德权利义务与法定权利义务就越趋于重合一致,该社会就越公正:如果它的自然权利义务已经完全转化为道德和法定权利义务,以致它的自然权利义务等于零,从而道德权利义务与法定权利义务完全重合一致,那么,该社会就达到了完全公正的境界。

| Abstract: | In a society, the more the natural right and duty change to moral and legal right and duty, the less there remains the natural right and duty that ought to be admitted by law and morality but in fact have not been admitted. And the more agreement there is between the moral and legal right and duty and natural right and duty, the more justice the society tends to offer. If its natural right and duty change into moral and legal right and duty completely, i.e. its natural right and duty is equivalent to zero, moral right and duty will coincide with legal right duty completely. Then the society will achieve complete justice. |
