| 摘 要： | 构建社会主义和谐社会是党的十六届四中全会提出的全面建设小康社会、开创中国特色的社会主义新局面的奋斗目标。全民体育、竞技体育和学校体育等应在实现这一奋斗目标中发挥重要作用，以充分体现体育在和谐社会发展中的功能。

| Abstract: | To build up a harmonious socialist society is the objective put forward in 16 the Fourth Plenary Session of the CPC Central Committee in the efforts to build an affluent society in an all-around way and to initiate a new situation of socialism with Chinese characteristics. National sports, competitive sports and school sports must play an important role in realizing this objective-to make the function of PE into full play in the development of harmonious society. |
