| 摘 要： | 台湾未开发前,原土著少数民族饮食极为落后。明清时期尤其在清代,大批闽粤汉人迁入台湾,促进了台湾经济的发展,也带来了汉族先进的饮食文化,改变了土著居民原始简单的饮食结构,使台湾饮食文化发生了重大变化。

| Abstract: | The native inhabitants of Taiwan were far behind prior to the development of the island. Large numbers of "Han" people immigrated into Taiwan during Ming, Qing dynasty, particularly during Qing dynasty, contributing to Taiwan's economic development. The immigration brings in Han people's advanced catering culture, changes the original inhabitants' primitive catering habits and hence great changes have taken place in Taiwan's catering culture. |
