| Abstract: | BOT Concession Agreement is a kind of special agreement. Disputes about the character of the BOT Concession Agreement always exist, mainly concerning about whether it is a domestic or international agreement, a civil or administrative document and the government guarantee in the agreement is an ordinary guarantee or not. However, clarifying the character of BOT Concession Agreement makes great sense to our utilization of foreign investments. |
