花籽山药组培苗的移栽驯化技术初探

摘    要:为探讨花籽山药组培苗移栽驯化的适宜基质,选用不同的基质材料在温室大棚内进行山药组培苗不同基质移栽驯化试验.结果显示:不同基质对花籽山药组培苗的成活率、新根数、新叶数影响有显著差异,以处理2(蛭石1:珍珠岩1:腐殖土2)最为适宜,移栽后30天的成活率为78%,新根数为3.6条/株,新叶数为2.25叶/株.

Abstract:To explore suitable matrix of transplanting different matrix materials in greenhouse is selected to carry acclimation techniques on Plantlets of Huazi Yam, out transplanting acclimation tests. The results shows a significant difference in different matrix on plantlets of Huazi Yam survival rate, number of new roots and new leaves, The matrix 2 (1 vermiculite: 1 perlite : 2 humus ) is the most appropriate, the survival rate was 78%, the number of new roots 3.6 / plant, number of new leaves leaf 2.25 / plant 30 days after transplanting.
