| 摘 要： | 沿吸胀种子的胚和中线纵切为两个半粒种子,分别用不同染色原理的方法测定吸胀种子两个半粒的生活力。计算有生活力种子的发芽率和发芽势。该方法可测出一批种子的发芽率和发芽势的高低,同时可鉴定种子的新鲜度。

| Abstract: | Summary with the swelling seed being cut off vertically along its central line,its two semiseeds' viability can be tested with different colouring principles in order to calculate seed viability percentage. The precentage of germination and degree of germination potential of the same kind of seeds can be measured by this way, and its freshmess degree can also be tested. |
