| 摘 要： | 在农村基础设施薄弱、公共服务不足的情况下,由市场化引起的农村消费城市化现象,会导致朝鲜族聚居区持久性的城乡结构分化。扩大内需的着力点应放在增加农民就业和收入、改善农村生产生活条件上。

| Abstract: | The paper makes an on-the-spot investigation concerning the production,income increase and consumption in the areas of Longhe and Taiping of Dongshengyong in Yanbian,and a conclusion is drawn that in the circumstances of weak infrastructure in rural areas and inadequate public service facilities in urban districts,the phenomenon that rural consumption is becoming urbanized owing to marketization will result in the widening gap between urban and rural areas and may last for a long time.The paper points out that more attention should be focused on both how to increase the employment and income of farmers,and how to improve rural living conditions. |
