| 摘 要： | 数字图书馆集群和高校机构知识库都是以资源整合与共享为目的,区域性图书馆集群又为高校机构知识库的建设提供了服务平台。机构知识库核心是建立一种数字资源存取机制获取、保存和传播大学及研究机构的数字知识资产,其结构包括了数据存储层、业务执行层、应用服务层和索引中心层。为建立机构知识库,需要组建一支包括图书馆馆员、技术人才、法律人才在内的工作团队,按照准备规划、分级实施、维护扩展三个阶段有组织、有步骤的实现机构知识库的构建。
