摘    要:我国普通高校音乐教育近二十多年发展迅速,但由于起步较晚,目前仍然存在音乐教育没有面向全体学生、教学内容设置较随意等问题。笔者认为美国《唐哥伍德宣言》所提倡的“将音乐教育置于学校课程的核心和多元音乐文化教育”能为我国现阶段普通高校音乐教育中存在的问题带来一些启示。

Abstract:The music education of ordinary colleges in our country has developed fast during the latest 20 years.But since it started later in Chinese colleges there're still some existing problems that are as follows: music education didn't face all students yet;the content of curriculum was set up unreasonably and so on.The present paper considers that the idea of "regarding music education as the core of school curriculum and implementing multi-cultural music education" advocated in American Tanglewood Declaration can bring the enlightenment to the problems existing in music education of ordinary colleges in our country.
