| 摘 要： | 随着长三角区域一体化进程的推进，区域合作机制的构建也在逐步形成。但从长三角区域合作机制的现状看，长三角区域合作中缺乏合作的制度框架和一套功能性的区域组织机构，缺乏统一的战略发展规划和一致性的区域合作规则。因此，应通过制度创新、建立跨行政区的协调管理机构、构建区域合作战略发展规划和合作规则，以促进长三角区域一体化的进一步发展。

| Abstract: | As the Yangtze River Delta integration process moves on,the regional cooperation mechanism frame has gradually been formed.This paper analyzes the current situation of the cooperation mechanism of Yangtze River Delta Region,points out the problems,i.e.the lack of a system frame of the cooperation and a set of functional district organization,the lack of a united strategic development programming and consistent cooperating rule.Finally the paper puts forward to establish the coordinated management organization across the administrative areas by system innovation,to set up the development programming and rules of district cooperation to promote the further development of Yangtze River Delta Region. |
