| 摘 要： | "知识管理"是一种以知识为基础的全新的管理思想,在组织管理中起着至关重要的作用。它不仅是对知识的管理,保证知识共享,而且是对人的管理,促进知识转化,创造新知识。它的最终目标是提高组织和个人的应变能力,从而提高组织的竞争力。图书馆管理中也要重视对它的管理,并采取有效措施,促进知识的转化和共享。
