| 摘 要： | 以聚氧化丙烯为基础原料,与光气在合适的溶剂下经过传统的低温、高温两段法光气化反应合成氯甲酸二酯,然后再与芳香多胺在合适的溶剂和催化剂下反应,脱除溶剂后得到一种新型的端胺基聚醚。该端胺基聚醚可用于聚脲RIM和喷涂聚脲体系中,具有良好的可操作性,显示出优异的物理机械性能。

| Abstract: | As a foundation raw material, propylene oxide was reacted with phosgene use the process tradition method that mean low temperature and high temperature two phosgenation sections to synthesis bis chloroformate. Then bis chloroformate was reacted with aromatic amines under the appropriate solvent and appropriate catalyst, after removed the solvent to obtain one kind of new amine-terminated polyether. This amine-terminated polyether may use in polyuria RIM and spurts spreads polyurethane elastomer system, which had good operation and outstanding physics machine capability. |
