| 摘 要： | 旅游管理体制如何适应和促进旅游业的发展,是业内外人士一直在探讨和摸索的既具理论性又具有实践性问题。本文首先分析了世界旅游管理体制的模式和我国现行旅游管理体制现状,进而提出了我国旅游管理体制的改革与创新的总体思路。

| Abstract: | How to adapt and promote the development of tourism, management system is a theoretical and practical
problem inquired and probed by personages of the field for a long time. Based analyzing the models of tourism manage-
ment system in the world and the true state of affairs of the tourism management system in our country, the article puts for-
ward the master clue of reformation and innovation. |
