| 摘 要： | 2003年的竞技武术套路竞赛新规则出台了难度动作，对运动队的教学与训练提出了新的要求，如何更好地掌握难度动作防止运动损伤成为运动队教学和训练的一项重要内容。文章运用文献资料，专家访谈、现场观察、逻辑分析等研究方法，针对武术套路难度动作教学中存在的一些问题阐述了难度动作的教学步骤和方法，以期为广大教练员提供借鉴，促进青少年儿童武术科学训练方法的形成。

| Abstract: | Abstract： In 2003, difficult movement was announced in the new rule of competitive Wushu routine, which put forward new claims to the teaching and training of sports teams. So how to master difficult movements and prevent injuries became an important issue of the teaching and training of sports teams. Through the method of literature review, expert interview, field observation and logical analysis, the study expounded teaching steps and methods on difficult movements for the problems occurring in the teaching of competitive routines, in order to provide a reference for coaches and promoting the formation of youngster＇s ~cienti~q~- rra;.; ~.^.a -CwT.__~_ |
