| Abstract: | The qualification system of teacher is a basic security for improving the quality of the higher college teachers.The higher vocational college teachers have not only the common characteristics of teachers of higher education system,but also their distinguished features.The implementing of "Bi-qualified teacher" qualification system in higher vocational colleges has played a fundamental role in building a high-quality team for higher vocational colleges as well as improving the quality of higher vocational education. |
