| 摘 要： | 文章结合当代城市图书馆的主要特征,分析了现代公共图书馆在服务理念、空间设计、服务内容、服务模式等4个层面创新公共文化服务的基本路经,解读了天津泰达图书馆的公共文化服务案例及其实践意义,以期对同类图书馆公共文化服务工作有所参考。
