| 摘 要： | 面对越来越严峻的大学生就业形势,高职院校迫切需要加强就业指导工作,提升学生的就业核心能力。实施＂123＂就业指导工程,即：构建和完善一套就业指导工作机制,落实两个支撑和实施三项制度,是全面提升高职学生就业核心能力的重要举措。

| Abstract: | Coping with the severe employment situation,the higher vocational schools urgently need to strengthen the employment guidance to enhance students＇ core job obtaining ability.Implementing the 123 Employment Guidance Project requires the higher vocational schools perfect the employment guidance mechanism,and implement two supports and three systems,which can bring about a complete boost of the core ability for higher vocational school students. |
