| 摘 要： | 采用<自测健康评定量表>(SRHMS)对整群随机抽样的150名大学女教师问卷调查,结果发现:高校女教师中,未婚教师的健康水平高于已婚教师;不同职称水平的教师中,中级职称的教师健康水平最差;不同学历的教师中,普通学历的健康水平最高;随着年龄的增加,女性教师生理健康水平逐渐下降,但是心理和社会健康水平则有所提高.

| Abstract: | In this paper ,we ues Self-Rated Health Measurement Scale to investigate part of the female teachers in Yangzhou University , the result shows: Female teachers in college, the health of unmarried teachers higher than married teachers; Among the different title levels of teachers, health teachers in the intermediate level titles is the worst; Different qualifications of teachers, the general qualifications of teachers' is the best; With age increases, the level of female teachers' physical health has gradually declined , but the psychological and social health level was improved to some extent. |
