| 摘 要： | 太原市作为山西省的中心城市，是山西省资金流、信息流、人才流以及物流等的中心。必须发挥好太原市中心城市的集聚、扩散及辐射作用。通过对太原市近年来的发展状况及在山西省所处的地位进行分析，提出太原市必须高度注视发展生产性服务业。建设太原市以及山西省的物流中心、金融资本中心、信息中心、交通运输中心以及研究开发中心，进而推动产业结构调整升级，推动新经济的增长，减少环境污染，最终实现太原市及山西省的经济与社会总体发展。

| Abstract: | Taiyuan the central city of Shanxi province,is the center of funds,information flow,talent flow and material flow,etc.It must give play to gathering,diffusion and radiating function of the central city.This text analyzes the development situation of Taiyuan city and the status in Shanxi province in recent years then proposes that Taiyuan must highly pay attention to developing the producer services,build the material flow center funds center information center communications and transportation center and research and development center of Taiyuan city and Shanxi province,and then promote industrial structure adjustment,promote the growth of new economy,reduce the environmental pollution,and finally realize the overall development of economy and society of Taiyuan city and Shanxi province. |
