| 摘 要： | 中国共产党十六届四中全会决议确定了在中国“促进社会公平和正义”,建立一个社会主义“和谐社会”的目标,而建设一个和谐社会要有三个重要基础：即社会基础、经济基础、思想基础。我们要大力发展职业教育为创建和谐抚顺做出贡献。为此,应统一思想;形成共识;丰富内涵,强化实践。发展抚顺高等职业教育。

| Abstract: | Chinese Communist Party 16th Convention 4thplenary session set to promote social impartiality and justice in China and aim to build a socialist harmonious society. However, to build a society needs three important bases, social base, economy base and idea base. Developing vigorously higher vocational education to contribute building harmonious Fushun, we should unite idea to form common understanding, enrich content, strengthen practice, focus on "order-form" higher vocational teaching mode and practice base construction. |
