| Abstract: | With the analysis of the employment mechanism for intelligence disabled(ID) people and introduction of the concept of supported employment into the employment analysis,the paper put forward a new model to implement the supported employment.The purpose of the analysis is to provide the ID people with a new employment pattern to promote the harmonious development. |
