| 摘 要： | 从1979年新中国第一部刑法颁布至今30多年以来,我国次第颁布了若干刑法典、单行刑法、刑法解释和修正案。在这些刑法类法律文本中,我国刑法的思想逐渐发生了转化。试从中国古代刑法思想开始,探讨中国刑法思想,特别是从1979年至今30多年间中国刑法思想的历程。

| Abstract: | It is more than 30 years since the promulgation of the first Criminal Law in China.A Criminal Code,Single Criminal Law,Criminal Law Interpretation and Amendment are also promulgated.Criminal conception has been changed gradually.With the analysis of the ancient Chinese criminal law,the paper tries to explore the evolution of China's criminal law thought since 1979. |
