| 摘 要： | 法律专业实践导向型教学模式适应当前高职教育的发展趋势,突出技能型、应用型法律人才培养。通过人才培养方案改革到构建实务型课程体系,通过学生培养到兼顾教学团队建设,提高了应届毕业生的司法考试通过率和初次就业对口率,取得了良好的效果。

| Abstract: | Practice-oriented teaching model for legal profession adapts to the current development trend of higher vocational education.It emphasizes the development of skilled talents.It increased the passing rate of the Judicial Examination of graduates and the rate of first employment by reforming personnel training program and by building practice-based curriculum and teaching team building. |
