| 摘 要： | 教师职业技能是高师小学教育专业学生职业素质的重要组成部分,其发展水平的高低直接影响到小学教育专业学生毕业后从事小学教育教学工作的表现。但是,目前小学教育专业学生的教师职业技能培养中存在许多问题。在对当前小学教育专业学生教师职业技能培养情况初步调查的基础上,针对其培养过程中存在的突出问题,思考产生的原因和解决对策,以期对提升小学教师的培养质量有所裨益。
