| 摘 要： | 文章以武术学习困难大学生为研究对象，在分析学习困难形成的原因基础上，根据武术学习困难大学生的身心特点以及武术教学规律，分别从武术学习困难大学生自身、外界环境、学校教育三个方面提出了改进策略，旨在为促进武术学习困难大学生的改善，提供理论依据和实践指导。

| Abstract: | The paper take the college students who have Wushu learning difficulties as the research object, does the analysis on the causes of the formation of learning di~culties, and according to the physical and mental characteristics and Wushu learning regularity, the paper puts forward the improvement strategies from three aspects respectively： the college students themselves, the external environment and school education; aims to provide a theoretical basis and a practical guidance for the improvement of the college students＇ Wushu study. |
