| 摘 要： | 武术作为中华民族的传统体育项目，是我国的文化瑰宝，同时也是高中选项教学的重要组成部分。“未习武先明德”，武德是传承和弘扬武术的重要基础，在武术教学中让学生明白什么是武德以及武德的重要性具有非常深远的意义。文章运用文献资料法、访谈法等研究方法进行研究总结，得出武德的重要性以及培养高中生武德的方法，以期能够为广大武术教学工作者提供帮助。

| Abstract: | Wushu is a traditional event of Chinese people and the treasure of Chinese culture. It is also an important part in physical education, which has an attempt to follow the tendency of optional teaching in recent years. ＂One needs to make sense of morality before he studies Wushu＂. The morality is the fundamental basis to inherit and promote Wushu. So it is essential to make students get across the morality and importance of morality in Wushu teaching. Through literature study, interview and summary of teaching experience, the article studies and concludes the importance of morality and the methods of training students＇ morality, hoping sincerely to provide practical references to Wushu teachers |
