| 摘 要： | 本文主要探讨图书馆知识服务模式,及高校图书馆新馆建设中如何引入知识服务模式。知识服务模式是以图书馆员对知识信息的二次开发能力为基础,根据用户的问题和环境,有效的为用户解决问题的图书馆服务。它以用户需求为导向,能够从更高层次满足用户的需求,同时它在信息技术、人力和资源和相关配套建设上有更高的要求。本文从文献回顾及在实践中的应用角度出发,为高校图书馆新馆建设中引入知识服务模式提供建议。

| Abstract: | This paper mainly studies library knowledge-service model,and how to implement this model in the construction of new university libraries.Library knowledge-service model requires librarians to effectively resolve users' problem by using their abilities to re-develop information and references.It is user-driven and as a result could achieve higher user satisfaction.Meanwhile,it is more demanding on information technology,human resource and other resource.Base on literature review and related practice,this paper provides some advice on the implementation of knowledge-service model in the construction of new university libraries. |
