摘    要:相位信息在旋转机械的振动监测与故障诊断中起着重要的作用。为了获取多路信号正确的相位信息 ,必须采取同时刻采样保持。介绍了一种能够实现多路信号同时刻采样保持的并行采样方法 ,给出了硬件连接电路 ,并就两种不同的软件结构和编程思想讨论了门控信号对于提高采样频率上限的影响。

Abstract:Frequency information plays an important role in vibration monitoring and fault diagnosis of rotating machinery. Multiple channels' data sampling and maintaining should be realized simultaneously in order to achieve correct frequency information. This article deals with a method of multiple channels' parallel data acquisition simultaneously, it provides hardware connection circuit and discusses the effect of gate control signal on the data acquisition frequency range improvement basing on two different software structures and programming ideas.
