| 摘 要： | 科研档案是电大整个档案工作的重要组成部分，是开展科学研究的必要条件．目前，电大的科研档案工作的滞后，制约了电大科研工作总体水平。本文认为，必须增强电大科研人员及档案管理人员的档案意识，制定完善的科研档案管理制度，提高档案管理人员素质，不断提高科研档案管理水平，以便更好地服务于电大科研工作．
