内科护理教学中的临床思维训练

摘    要:方法:本文通过对2005级和2006级高职高专护理专业学生《内科护理学》课程教学采取二种不同的教学方法进行比较。总结:采用以病例作为问题情境创设思维场的启发性教学方法,可培养学生护理临床思维;提高学习知识、策略和技能;提高创新性及解决临床实际问题能力。

Abstract:Method:Compare the two different teaching ways of Internal Medical Nursing in Grade 05 and Grade 06. Conslusion:adopting the enlightening teaching method that takes clinic cases as question situations a thinking scope can help train students' clinic thinking,improve their medical knowledge,nursing strategy and the clinic skill,and also develop the ability of clinic skill and creativity.
