教师课堂教学艺术素质探析

摘    要:课堂教学艺术素质是教师必备的基本素质之一 .它包括教师的课堂仪表、情态、口语和行为姿态 .它是教师向学生传授知识、培养学生能力的中介和手段 .因而 ,教师课堂艺术素质的好坏会对教学效果产生极大的影响 .影响课堂教学艺术水平的因素 ,不仅在课堂教学艺术本身 ,还有更多的深层次因素 .这些因素包括教师的师德水平、知识水平、表演能力、应变能力以及普通话水平等 .要提高课堂艺术素质 ,必须从这两个方面或曰两个层次努力 .不仅要学习教学理论 ,更要注重教学实践 .

Abstract:Teachers' classroom teaching art takes an important part of teachers' basic ability, including teachers' classroom appearance, facial expression, spoken language and gesture. And also it is intermediary and means by which the teacher impart the technology to students? cultivate the ability of students. Therefore, The good or bad of teachers' classroom teaching art diathesis may produce infinite infection to the teaching effect. The factor of affecting the classroom teaching art, not only the classroom teaching art itself, but also many more administrative levels factor, which include the level of teachers' profession moral?technology's level?ability of act?ability of meet an emergency and the level of mandarin so on.
