| 摘 要： | 消费需求增长乏力不能单从经济学视角解释，其根源在于“GDP”崇拜的发展观和政绩观。这种发展观注重积累、压制消费，并在我国形成相应的体制机制，如不合理的分配制度和投资需求不能有效拉动消费需求增长的传导机制。另外，这种政绩观也导致政府在促进消费需求增长的基本问题上存在一些认识上的偏差。

| Abstract: | The deep reasons of consuption needs lacking in growth is not only the lack of economics,but the outlook of development and political system.It emphasizes accumulation and hold down consumption.Moreover,it comes into being revelant political system.such as unreasonable mechanism of distribution system and investment demand can not effectively stimulating consumption demand growth of conduction mechanism.In addition,the government has some deviations in promoting consumption needs growth. |
