| Abstract: | The paper aims to apply the linguist Kakru sthree coaxial circles theory and the research paradigm to classify English varieties and analyzes their characteristics.The author makes efforts to explore the linguistic functions of global English on the basis of the standardization and localization of English varieties so as to explain the influence of global English on the global communication and cooperation. |
