| 摘 要： | 改革开放以来,高校统计工作日益受到重视,统计的职能作用愈加明显。统计是一项社会综合计算、计量活动,涉及到方方面面各种因素,需要组织与协调。同时,统计又是一项科学活动,讲究工作质量和专业技术。抓紧抓好统计工作的每个环节是进一步发展统计工作的根本所在,是推进高校教育改革的重要一环。
