| 摘 要： | 通过对大学城十所高校中参加健美操选修课的学生的调查，了解他们参加健美操课的动机以及参加过程中的各种情况、建议、期望等等，得知学生对健美操的兴趣浓厚；认为健美操的实用性很强，适应现代社会生活的需要；对教师的素养、教学内容以及教学环境提出相应的建议。

| Abstract: | Through making investigation on students who choose aerobic dance as an elective course of ten universities in Guangzhou, the author gets to know their motivations, what happens to them during the course, their suggestions, expectations and so forth. The result shows that the students are very interested in aerobic dance. Based on it, some suggestions for teaching content, environment and how to be a qualified and competent aerobic are put forward. |
