| 摘 要： | 为了解皮划艇运动员血清瘦素与游离瘦素受体的水平。国家队皮划艇运动员24名,按性别分成高水平与普通水平共4组,用酶联免疫吸附法测试血清瘦素与游离瘦素受体(SOB-R)水平。不同性别瘦素与SOB-R有显著差异(P<0．01),同性别的不同训练水平的运动员SOB-R有非常显著差异(P<0．01)。SOB-R受训练水平的影响,男性高水平运动员血清SOB-R高于普通运动员组,而女性高水平运动员血清SOB-R低于普通运动员。

| Abstract: | In order to know level of serum leptin and Soluble Obesity Receptor (SOB-R) in Canoe and Kayak athletes. Serum leptin and SOB-R concentrations were measured among 24 athletes in National team by the method of Enzyme-Linked Im-munosorbent Assay (ELISA). 24 athletes were divided into 4 groups by the training level and sex. Leptin and SOB-R were significantly different between males and females. There was a significant difference in serum SOB-R concentrations between top and normal athletes. Results: Serum SOB-R was influenced by the training level. Serum SOB-R level was higher in elite male athletes when compare with normal male athletes. But this phenomena was reversed between top female and normal female athletes. |
