| Abstract: | To fulfill school merger smoothly is beneficial to the implement of balanced education.It is exampled by the combination of Ningbo Dong’en Middle School and other schools,which has enlarged school scale,upgraded school reputation,promoted school development.When weak schools are mergered,it is important to integrate resources,create school atmosphere,manage administration,organize research to improve education quality. |
