| 摘 要： | 教师节日的设立体现着社会对教师行业的尊重与拥戴。教师节日文化既具有社会教育功能,又具有个体教育功能,它是教师行业与教师个体成长的共同摇篮。教师节日文化建设是强化其教师教育功能的策略,它的四个关键环节是:节日日期的选定、节日主题的引领、节俗的建立和文化意蕴的充实。
