| 摘 要： | 楼盘案名五花八门,现以2011年杭州100多个楼盘案名为样本研究其命名特征及问题,同时反思案名英译失误及成因,并从功能目的论视角出发讨论楼盘案名的英译原则及策略,为楼盘案名英译提供借鉴。

| Abstract: | With a variety of real estate names in the market,it is common to see some problems in the naming.Based on over 100 real estates of 2011 in Hangzhou,this paper studies the naming features of their Chinese names,analyzes the problems and underlying causes of the C-E translation,then discusses the translation principles and strategies from perspective of Skopos theory,with an aim to provide a reference for C-E translation of real estates names. |
