| 摘 要： | 企业信息化建设是当前企业发展的一个关键问题，我国企业在信息化建设过程中普遍存在忽视其重要性及建设简单化的现象，针对这种状况，提出了改变重硬件轻软的思想，慎重选择开发方式，注重基础管理，系统维护、人才培养及重组等方面的工作的对策。

| Abstract: | The development of enterprise informationalization is one of the crucial issues for enterprise devlopment. Whereas, it has been neglected in the process of the devlopment. Based on this, the article puts forward the suggestion of reforming the existing approach. Attention should be paid to the ways of development, basic management, maintenance of system, personnel training and data rebuilding. |
