| 摘 要： | 最富戏剧性的美国大选结束了,小布什已入主白宫。新总统原则上将沿续美国“单极独霸”世界的全球战略,但将进行战略调整,把战略重点放在亚太地区。小布什将把中国作为竞争对手而不是克林顿的“建设性战略伙伴”关系,近期中美关系在一定程度上会受到损害,但中美的共同利益必将使双方回到“对话与合作”的战略关系上来。中美关系未来走向将直接影响２１世纪世界格局和国际形势的走向。

| Abstract: | George W. Bush has taken office in the White House as a result of the dramatic American election. The new president will carry on the global strategy of "single pole and sole hegemony" in principle, but change its focal point into the Asia ?Pacific region. He will consider China as a competitor, rather than Clinton's "constructive strategic partnership". In the near period, Sino ?US relations would be damaged to a certain extent. However, they are bound to return to the strategic relationship of "Dialogue and Cooperation" for the interests of both countries. The trend of future Sino?US relations will have a direct effect on global distribution and world situation in the 21st century. |
