| 摘 要： | 现阶段,中国农村仍有 1.5亿富余劳动力。中国对农村富余劳动力的教育培训已经取得了巨大的成就,但同时也存在一系列的问题。因此,我们要提高对富余劳动力教育培训意义的认识,采取有效措施对农民工实施教育培训。

| Abstract: | Currently there are still 150 million people as surplus labor force in China's countryside. Although great achievements have been made in the education & training of surplus labor force in China's countryside, a series of problems still exist. Thereby we must strengthen the awareness of the education & training of surplus labor force and adopt some effective measures to educate and train the rural laborers. |
