| 摘 要： | 根据“卓越工程师教育培养计划”，高校教育改革对图书资料建设提出了新要求。在综合分析了高校图书馆目前所存在问题的基础上，提出了基于卓越工程师培养计划背景下，高校图书馆建设的相应措施。
