| 摘 要： | 逃课成了大学里一个普遍的现象并且似乎成为了一种＂潮流＂,表现为以下特征;学生逃课以＂不去,也不点到＂为主要手段;专业课旷课学生少,选修课和公共课旷课学生多;女生的逃课不再是＂羞答答＂的行为;城镇学生逃课率高于农村学生;党员逃课率相对较低。大学生逃课的原因主要有：教师上课不能给学生思维与学术的启迪和熏陶,教学管理缺陷,受同伴群体的影响,对逃课的危害性认识不足,同学间相互监督不够。降低学生逃课的主要对策：提高教师自身素质,改善教学方法;优化课程设置;深化管理体制改革,严厉执行考勤措施;提高学生的思想觉悟,增强自我控制力;正确引导学生认识逃课的危害性,转变就业观念。

| Abstract: | Truancy has become a common phenomenon in college and seems to be a ＂trend＂.The characteristics of truancy are as follows：＂No going to class and no checking＂ has been the main means of students＇ school-absence;Relatively,few students skip class in specialized course but more choose to be absent in optional courses and public courses.Skipping class is no longer a shy behavior for girls.Truancy rates of urban students are higher than those of rural students.Truancy rates of party members are relatively low.According to our study,the causes of truancy can be explained as follows：Teachers fail to give inspiration and edification in thinking and academic;there are many deficiencies in teaching management;students are vulnerable to the impact of truancy from peer groups;students lack understanding of the impair caused by truancy and the mutual supervision among students is not enough.Some counter-measures can be used in reducing truancy：The first is to improve teachers＇ quality and their teaching methods.Second,curriculum plan should be enhanced.Third,deepen the reform of management system and enforce the attendance measures strictly.Fourth,enhance the ideological consciousness of the students and increase their self-control ability.Last but not least,correctly guide the students to understand the adverse impact of truancy and change their concept of employment. |
