| 摘 要： | 高校中的特困生,由于受到社会、学校、家庭和个人等因素的影响,大多有文饰、焦虑、自卑、失望等负性心理。环境因素只是引起特困生心理问题的外因,归根到底,特困生的心理素质是其心理问题的内因,从某种程度上也可以说特困生是他们自己“制造”出来的。只能通过个体改善认知结构、完善自我概念、培养自尊自强自主人格、合理调控情绪、建立和谐人际关系等自我调适措施,建立特困生自我心理保健体系,从而使其得到全面和谐的发展。

| Abstract: | Most of poor students in universities and colleges,influenced by many factors such as the society,school,family and oneself,have certain negative psychological problems,such as concealment,anxiety,self-abasement and disappointment.The factors from surroundings are the external ones that lead to their psychological problems,while their psychological quality is the internal one.In other words,their psychological problems are produced by themselves to some extent,which can only be solved by themselves through the following measures: improving their individual cognitive structure and self-definition,cultivating their characters of self-respect and self-decision,reasonably adjusting their moods so as to establish a harmonious interpersonal relationship.As to the universities and colleges,they should establish a psychological system of self-health protection to help these poor students realize a harmonious development in an all-round way. |
